You probably set overlapping orders.
If you put (20+ minute / any score) for formation 1 and (40+ minute / any score) for formation 2 then the switch won't be made. Computer looks for the first formation that fits the conditions and puts that formation on court - or not if the formation is already on court, like in your case.
If the two conditions would be separate then we would again get the case of formation switch every attack (first formation 2 would fit the conditions in 41st minute, then formation 1 in 42nd, and so on and so on).
I hope you understand what I'm trying to explain. Remember, it's 20+ (twenty plus ) minute on conditions, not 20. |

But WTH: I would like to switch formation based on pure time, not only on time combined with standing! The stamina effect seems to be quite high, so I need to change the playing team every X minutes!

Yeah that's because you already have a "valid" formation that's playing -> if any score at 35 + minute
We'll try to do something about setting tactics "at exactly XY minute no matter what else" before the first official matches ... but no promises  |

I understand it, i used 20 and 40 as shortcut
so, if I want use formation 2 i have to us other conditions than for formation 1, it complicates testing tactics in the match for me but that's not problem |
