Hello, I have a suggestion that I think you will like.
My proposal is that you can do so downtime to relax or to encourage the players. |

Why? I see no need for this. |
Picture yourself at the end of the champion and you lose four goals in the absence of 5 minutes and ball is of the other team, you ask for a timeout and motivate your players, and eventually win. |

Both managers will use it so they will cancel each other out anyways. |

Hello!
I would come with a suggestion.To make the posibility to have a B team who will start in the last division of each region and can promovate in higher divisions with one condition:never ever to be in the same division with A team.In this case I find solved two problems : youngsters may be use in official matches within B team and will not be so many bot teams in the lower divisions
good or bad idea?? |
