What is the mystery behind this bot's strenth?

They played against me fieldplayer between posts who has scored as fieldplayer too. But they have won two other human teams that both have won me too and is now on 2nd place. Players are far over 40 and scored last 2 goals on last 2 minutes against my very young squad. I can understand that my team is too weak but other teams too who won me in not very tight matches?

The salaries of his players explain everything. You need to train a little more and you'll beat him too.

Is it maybe time for starting youth academy? My arena is at 21K but in League 3 where I'll stay longer brings attendances around 16-17K so I was maybe too optimistic with building all seats right after promotion. Fanshop is maxed and budget is slowly growing, currently over 2.5M. From Help I saw that YA just gives 1 additional level of players max initial skills, so it might be 6 now and some skills will be visible before choice. But is it worth additional costs 15-30K per week?

My primitive calculation was: I get one youngster per 2 weeks. So for profit I should be able to earn AVERAGELY per youngster 40-60k, when my record transfer is 16k and mostly 1-2k(maybe I want to keep some prospect too).

I've been really lucky to be able to sell 2 youngsters for approx 225k.
Dosn't happen that often

Probably no one needs youngsters when they can have 40+yo supermen, who are not retiring. Only later starters who are trying to find someone maybe better than they have currently, so there is no big demand of young players. Maybe one day I'll buy someone for millions I saved from youth academy.

I use youth academy. But only to build my own team, not to sell them.
