To see players past 40 is a joke.
NT coach should fire them. Club managers the same. Some of them are playing with teams with no chance in div. 8. But they win cham.league. So sad.. |

| He is 39 and will be fired next season, just like Gill Hendric (nt player) so a club bought him for 3-4 mill. Thats why nt coaches should fire them. They should not be in the game.. |

Top division teams were elected to NT-coaches. They have NT-players. They keep their NT-players to avoid retirements, and secure top division spots. |

Or they have the best players for NT.
Note that many NT-coaches are from the lower divisions.
I've never been NT-coach, but I had many NT-players. |

Well, in our country Belgium, there's only 2 active teams. So, the amount of Belgian players is low. With as consequence: the amount of good players is very low. If the Belgian team wants to compete, there's no other choice than playing with 40+ unfortunately... Even if we don't want to.
Only 2 out of the 10 40+ players are in active squads, btw.
Ultimately, it is the devs choice to let the very old players not decline any further |

Personnally, as french NT coach, i would agree to fire all my nt players when they reach 40 yo, but i need to be sure everybody will do it !
And for the weakest nations, with not enough active teams, maybe the most motivated players of us could create one new personal team, each, in one of these weakers countries of another region of course ? (and tell it in the forum to avoid future agreements in LoC for example^^)... I know it's forbidden, but who cares in our situation ?
That just my idea - very idealistic i know - of the morning to avoid the game to finish as a retirement home of handball players ! 
I wait for your opinion, and if it seems a good idea for most of you, i could create a new topic and we could send a mp to all nt coach to see what happens.
