Hi, I have a few thoughts about this feature and I want to talk with you. From FAQ:
Under pressure shows the players mental state when the going gets tough. It is taken into account for the last 10 minutes of regular games and for the duration of the whole game in international or regional cup final games.

So, what does it mean? I understand that in league or regular cup games (except for the final, obviously) it matters only in the last 10 minutes. But what is an international game? I understand that every match between countries is an international, so under pressure is taken into account during the whole such matches. Is a match in the Champions League an international as well? I think so, but I am not sure.
After such conclusions, we need to reckon with worse matches played by nervous players in national teams. But how big is an impact of this feature? Player will play 10% worse if it comes to "very nervous" and 5% if it comes to "a bit nervous"? Have no idea, but if this is true, then why we have such players in NT? I understand that skills are the most important part of this game, but the difference between two similar players with different attitudes when being under pressure might be significant when playing matches in NT. So, how important is this feature for that international games? Because such players might be valuable for regular clubs (last 10 minutes is not so big deal), but might be significantly worse when playing for NT.
Thanks for the answers because I am really curious about this

I think, bit nervous 1 very nervous 2% . 10?? Certainly not. I think maybe a little bit worse shooting %. But in the long therm. For me, when skills are ok, no NT problem.

Yes, I believe the same. I mean, it was a little bit rhetorical question, because I have players who are cold and nervous. When I try to analyze a game in the last 10 minutes I do not see too much different between those three states or varieties of behaving under pressure. The most visible thing is the match rating. A player which is nervous at the end might have his match rating a little bit lower, like for example half of a star, but I have never seen more. So it means that values differs by a few percentages at most. If it comes to the events in the game I do not see that such players make more fouls, mistakes and so on. Everything seems to be similar. So this is why I wrote this post, because I am wondering if this has any impact on the game, especially when we are talking about international games.

For example:
The first player is cold and has a sum of skills equal to 190.
The second one is very nervous and has a sum of skills equal to 200.

During a regular match it is better to have the second one, because during 50 minutes he is better, by approximately 5% or just 10 points. Even if the nervous one loose 10% (what is twice what I think might be possible due to differences in the match ratings) of his skills in the last 10 minutes, still he is a definitely better option, without any question. But if it comes to the international game, than he is worse during the whole game. So this is the main purpose of this considerations- find this difference, find the percentage/value of the difference between three states of behaving under the pressure. Because, as you see, it might be quite a difference between 10% or 5% of whole performance, or even just several percentages of shooting, which would be really marginal.

Difference is under 2%. One times I had a whole team only with ice colded players and difference was zero. And stars rating at the end of match??? I don't think, that made match result. I have seen matches, when loose the better team and not only average half star pro player.

For me is not important now. No way I take with 190 skills ice colded player over 200 nervous player.

I would split them up during the game. The nervous one first half and the ice cold one for second half...

Not good way. Every split brings lower player ratings.

You reckon that is better playing 60' with a right back with 200 skills and ice cold against 2 left back ( 30' each) with 185/190 skills? Even is they are very nervous players?
