It’s been several times that my Spanish players are banned from the team of Spain being young with grades 18 or 19 everywhere and 13 in physics. So I want to inform you that this is becoming more common. The Spaniards are very bad in their attitudes, very bad players and jealous. I'm sorry you have such a low opinion of the Spanish.

If a full-back has all stats at 17 and physical attributes between 17 and 20, he's much better than the player you're describing.
It's possible that because of these very different assessments, Spanish coaches have won 5 World Cups and the French only 1.

I don't want to start any arguments, I'm just very sorry to see such a negative opinion of the Spanish.
