Advertisement is not meant as user advertisement ... 
I believe he meant that the company should use other sites that connect users to games as advertisements, the game should be advertised at more popular global or local sites (just like ads on google, yahoo, youtube, so on ...). It's tough and not free, but sometimes it's useful, since many people see them and perhaps some get attracted to them. The TeamHB team should put some ads on some friendly sites like GridIron, perhaps they could even make connections with other games and mutually advertise games.
