Strait from one of my players pages. Maynard Loving

"One of the coaches also noted that Loving is quite a goalie-octopus"

Would someone like to clarify?

I think this will help him when playing as keeper, but there are important and other skills to be a good goalkeper: reflexes, etc.

Its strange though. His one on one is at 1, his reflexes are 2, This guy is not a goalie.

I'm trying him at wing.

I wouldn't put him as goalkeper. "Goalie octapus" ... I think it has a little influence on his goalkeper rating, so that he is better that a player with his same skills (one on one is at 1, his reflexes are 2) and that is not "goalie octapus".

lol

Just like with GI, we'll have to wait for information from the Admins or try to figure it out for ourselves. And as always: everybody likes different things in his players...

"goalie octopus" will add a little to the GKs overall score when calculating if the shooter was successful or not

Now ,if you want to invest time to get the player to a state where he can actually be a GK, is totally up to you
