Hi there guys, I have a little doubt and I hope you can help me. So here's the problem: If you use a left handed player on the right wing and a right handed on the left wing will you have more success on attack or that's irrelevant?

Its 40% better for the wing and 20% for the back. This was stated some time ago in Q&A.

Well let's be clear that the negative effect is for shooting, not general performance. You can test this yourself by simply switching sides for your wingers and come to the conclusion that the engine doesn't value the performance stats differently. Thus it's almost safe to conclude that performance is not affected by shooting arm, only shooting.
