Greetings!
I am thinking of training technique for my squad, but i really don't understand the definition or the concept of technique in this game. Will someone explain technique for me please?
According to the definition technique is players knowledge of all of the aspects of handball game.Looking at the definition of passing or shooting i understand they include the power and accuracy of the pass/shot.And if ball control is the ability of players to handle the ball - avoid making technical errors such as running with the ball or double dribbling, then technique is...??In real life handball the wingers and the center need to have very good technique, but in this game technique as i understand is a combination of ball control, off the ball and a little of passing and shooting...
Thank you in advance!
P.S. Sorry for my english!

technique needs every player.
playmakers (usually center back) need playmaking too...

This doesn't really answer his question.

I think what technique does is increase fair play. For example, with higher technique, players will be less likely to take four steps, or make an offensive fault, or break any other rule you can think of.

Ok,so what you are saying is that technique helps keeping possession when the team has the ball. And when it comes to defending it helps the team make fewer fouls or win the ball because of an offensive foul. Doesn't look that important, but it can make the difference between winning and losing. It is a detail worth training.
Thank you for your answer.I got it now!!

I think remembering from the begining of the game that Technique was just an offensive skill. No influence on Defense...
