Regarding the coach skill, what is recomended?
A very good one is very expensive and i can't afford.

Stay away from them until you have enough money to upgrade them either halfway or all the way. In GI I saved up until I had enough money to upgrade them all the way and it worked out fine for me.

I'd go with the same principle as in GI: seats first, coahces later. And in GI it's recommended you get the Physical coachs first.
Some people also liek to get them all at one while others get all 5s one season, then all 10s the next and then all 20s when they can afford it.

Pick your favorite! But I really think it's too early for coaches. I want to build my economic base first!

An argument can be made to invest in one coach as soon as you can to try to gain an edge on your opponents, and thereby increasing income with wins.

as the guide says they train once a week... it would take long to gain that adv.
