Thanks Stoik for updating the rankings once again. And nice to see that most NT's support the idea of releasing old players. Good job

Imagine waking up one day and seeing the team you spent 2 minutes assembling a formation for a couple of weeks ago has almost qualified already. Was NOT expecting that, to say the least.
Might as well get serious now. I just expelled the only 40+ player from Iceland. Good job managing all these numbers, OP.

Ragnarök Reykjavík returns.

Thanks to you (two) too for supporting the "project" !

Indeed, step by step there are less and less old players ! It's a little slow but we hold the right end !

PS : day 4 updated (but it lacks the Australia/Slovenia that seems to have bugged...)

Thanks Stoik and thanks once again for updating the realistic rankings. Great job

Also nice to see that three out of four teams in the semifinals are supporting this project instead of being retirement homes

Idealist is sometimes good quality However, the game is becoming more and more irregular thanks to the managers initiative to eliminate players +40 years of age (unfounded by the rules of the game). As an NT manager myself, I honor the agreement and also kick out players away, but thanks to this, 3 strong national teams get a huge bonus. Despite the fact that some Top Divisions are bordering on the comical.

Bosnia. It keeps the players even + 50 years. What more. Even players with boot teams. The argument is that it would not be competitive. OK. On the other hand, thanks to this, it is able to surpass even the great powers like Poland and Spain, which change players. And the Spartan 300 team will not let anyone in the Balkan division to the title. King Leonidas then cries, that he should have no one to play with. And the high salaries are just as valid as the holding share of the old top players. Well, then again he has extra income from CL and doesn't have to keep x complete sets of trainers. In the final, it is certainly more financially healthy than a team that has to buy players.

Germany. In the long term, there is probably no interest in leading the NT team, and it keeps svessu 88 there. It also keeps players from the boot team in the NT team. And hey, he booted this team when these players were under 32, so they won't even lose physicality. Which is already very unfair on the NT drying level. He keeps the entire skeleton in your team. And again, you don't have to change anything. Nothing to buy etc..

Hungary. There, the NT managers change, but they have an agreement among themselves not to eliminate. Again, a roster full of players 40-50 years old, which suits the Hungarian Top team, as they don't have to make hasty decisions again. From time to time, they do take out players, but they are not key players. Only those who reached NT level through physical. Among other things, this makes this team a dangerous beast, as it is a mix of old and younger, who do not lack physicality. It's just a shame for their NT team that they are not led by Sammu, who would certainly bring out the maximum potential.

Vasas is therefore extremely dominant in our Top Division. He changes the player only when he grows extra quality. However, without 5 old men 40 + he could not dominate indefinitely. At least he would have a few weaker seasons. Yes, one might argue that I'm a little jealous since I'm now languishing in 2nd place for x seasons in this division, but that's not the case. I am rather annoyed that I will soon have to eliminate 2 top players from the Dámská jízda team (this team was able to break through to the title 2 times at its peak), and thus I will condemn this team to a big drop + our NT team will also fall to a weaker average.

And I ask you, will these 3 national teams then care that our community will have no one to play with? Certainly not, because with these managers it is probably necessary to get results at all costs above everything else.

I know this won't change anything, but I just wanted to give you an overview of the considerations this project has caused. It is clear that if the owners of this game do not care about the opinions of the players, nothing will change.

The USA selection was also greatly favored by keeping players over 40 years old, and some of them, belonging to bot teams. With this help, they reached the quarterfinals of the world cup...
